Hello, I'm Beth, an Integrative Therapist

I offer a reflective and supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. My aim is to create a space where you can feel accepted in the fullness of your experience, and where authenticity, self-compassion, and your own inner wisdom can begin to flourish.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping you to explore your experiences with curiosity and care, while welcoming mind, body, emotions, creativity and spirituality. I work in an integrative and relational-developmental way, so we might explore how past and present experiences, and your connection with yourself, others and the wider world, have shaped who you are today.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Integrative Psychotherapy through the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute and before training as a therapist, I worked within education, wellbeing and creative services. Time spent living within different cultures, alongside my work as a songwriter/musician and creative mentor for care-experienced and neurodiverse young people has also shaped my approach to therapy, bringing openness, inclusivity, creativity and care for each person’s unique story. My hope is that, over time, therapy can offer you a way to reconnect with yourself more fully and gently.
Availability: My dedicated day for therapy is Friday, primarily face to face in Loughborough, allowing me to offer a consistent and focused space for our work together.
I am trained by the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute to work in a relational-developmental and trauma-informed way and hold a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am currently completing a research year exploring the experience of shamanism being integrated in modern psychotherapy in completion of an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. I hold membership with the BACP and UKCP and work within their ethical frameworks to keep you and our work together safe.
